Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fairmont, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority (FMHA) is soliciting bids from qualified companies interested in providing asphalt resealing & numbering/marking parking spaces located at Windridge Manor, Fairmont, WV. The public housing program provides affordable rental options for low-income families and is primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This project is located at Windridge Manor, Oregon Avenue, Fairmont, Marion County, WV. The project site is located within the city limits of Fairmont. Remove all dirt, leaves, and loose material from the area. Patch any cracks and potholes with the appropriate asphalt repair materials. Material applications on approximately 35,000 sq ft. Apply a coat of asphalt appropriate sealer to manufactures recommendations and coverage. Repaint lines, numbers, and handicapped logos with appropriate traffic paint with 4-inch lines. Three handicapped spots painted blue and all other spots and numbers are to be painted white. Contractor is responsible for a plan for traffic and parking situations. Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials and labor to complete project. Contractor is responsible for traffic control during the project. Contractor is responsible safe work practices when performing this work FMHA reserves the right to: (1) evaluate the proposals submitted; (2) waive any irregularities therein; (3) accept any proposal (4) reject any or all proposals.
