Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to complete the removal of current damaged flooring systems and install new flooring at USCG Station Grand Isle. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work and specifications. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the scope of work, and it is highly recommended to visit the facility to take field measurements, evaluations, and become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. This is set aside 100% for small business. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov. Payment and performance bonds are not required. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the removal of current damaged flooring systems and install new flooring at USCG Station Grand Isle. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work/specifications Payment and performance bonds are not required. Contractor shall remove existing flooring systems in spaces 2. Remove any impurities in concrete flooring that will affect the quality and longevity of the new flooring. (removal of old screws, nails, ensure surface is level with no dips) 3. Install proper underlayment if new flooring does not have it preinstalled on the planks. 4. Install new flooring running planks in the same direction as previously installed flooring. 5. Repair any damage created along base of walls. 6. Install new Vinyl Wall Cove Base with appropriate adhesive. 7. Required delivery 60 days after award. 8. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations. 9. All work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
