Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Isle, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

United States Coast Guard is accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to complete patchwork, repairs, and painting of the external concrete walls, soffits, and pillars of the multi-purpose building at Station Grand Isle. All work must be performed in accordance with the scope of work and specifications, which include detailed requirements and photos. Contractors must review the scope of work prior to quoting, and a site visit is strongly recommended for field measurements, evaluation of existing conditions, and familiarization with the work environment. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation under a combined synopsis/solicitation and includes applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and Department of Labor construction wage rates. Where clause language conflicts with FAR Part 36 regarding the legal effect of quotations, terminology is tailored so that "offer/offeror" is replaced with "quote/quoter" and quotations are not considered offers. A firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter, evaluated on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Site visits may be arranged with the listed point of contact. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business, requires active SAM.gov registration, and does not require payment or performance bonds. Quotes must be submitted by email by the due date specified. Location: United States Coast Guard Station Grand Isle, 453 Admiral Craik Drive, Grand Isle, LA 70358 Base Bid 1.
