Renovation of a military facility in Grand Isle, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall replace the main building's two water heaters at the station with suitable on-demand replacements meeting the minimum specifications necessary for demands and currently installed systems. Work includes replacement of hot water circulation pump, installation of commercial neutralization tank with a natural gas fuel source with a thermal efficiency no less than 80 and a recovery/recuperation of 193.8 U.S. gallons per hour minimum. See attached Statement of Work for specifications of work. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Any questions regarding Scope of Work to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Bryan.D.Wilson@uscg.mil copy Clarence.henshawjr@uscg.mil no later than June 18, 2026, 3:00 pm CST or the question may not be answered.
