The work includes various sites roof repairs at Bay Farm Elementary School, Otis Elementary School, and Alameda Science & Technology Institute. Sealed bid proposals are to be submitted by interested and qualified vendors for a contract to perform these roof repairs. Proposals must be delivered to the Alameda Unified School District, Purchasing Department, by the specified deadline. Proposals received after the deadline will be rejected. Proposals must have original signatures and figures. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in bidding. Proposals remain open and valid for ninety days after the opening date. Bidders may withdraw their proposal at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals, either personally or by written request. No objections regarding the application, meaning, or interpretation of the specifications will be considered after the opening of the proposals.
