The house is vacant, winterized, so there is no water or restrooms available but the electricity is still on. The single-family residence is comprised of an original home which has been heavily renovated, with a large addition added onto the east half of the home. The house has approximately 2,438 square feet of living area, with approximately 1,506 square feet on the first floor and approximately 931 square feet on the second floor. The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is requesting bids for the demolition and removal of state owned property located at 1763 Old Reserve Drive, Kalispell Area.
