Site work for a water / sewer project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped cutterhead dredge with a dredge discharge size of 30 inches or greater inside diameter, complete in all respects, including all attendant plant and crew. The dredging work will be performed for maintenance dredging of the Mississippi River, Baton Rouge to the Gulf, Southwest Pass, Non-Continuous Mile 6.0 AHP to Mile 19.5 BHP, and may also include work in other areas within the New Orleans District. The project requires the contractor to provide all equipment, personnel, and support necessary to accomplish the dredging operations in accordance with the project specifications. The magnitude of construction for this dredging effort is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 52 calendar days. Technical inquiries and/or questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet No Later Than (NLT) To Be Determined, 10:00 AM Central Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
