The work consists of manufacturing and supplying six (6), 4-sided concrete box culverts of various sizes as indicated in the specifications. Each proposal must include the full name of the submitting party and all persons interested. The box culverts are to be completed within the timeline provided in the specifications. Award of the contract will be based on the total bid amount for all box culverts. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 is required. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
