Sealed proposals are requested for the City of Mount Vernon Riverside Park Contract A - Pickleball Court project. Bids must be accompanied by either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount with satisfactory surety or by a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond, or letter of credit upon a solvent bank for not less than 10% of the bid amount in favor of the City of Mount Vernon. Bid Bonds must include Proof of Authority for the official or agent signing the bond. Bids must be sealed, marked appropriately, and delivered to the designated official at the City of Mount Vernon. Bidders must adhere to the requirements in the bid packet, including Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages, insurance requirements, Federal Section 3 and Equal Opportunity provisions, and Buy American provisions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days of the bid opening date. The City of Mount Vernon reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
