This project consists of the demolition of buildings related to the Sandusky ST Realignment KNO-SR13-10.33 Demolition PID 116840 as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids must be sealed and marked appropriately, and mailed or delivered to the specified address. Plans, specifications, and bid forms may be obtained from the City Engineering Department upon payment. The bidding document package must be purchased from the specified location to be considered a plan holder, receive addenda, and be eligible to bid. Each proposal must include the full name of the submitting party, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and a bid guaranty of ten percent of the bid amount (in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit). All contractors and subcontractors must use, to the extent practicable, Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with equal opportunity requirements and prevailing wage laws is required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
