Request for Statements of Qualifications The City of Mount Vernon, Ohio, requests Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified Construction Manager at Risk ("CMR") firms for the Mount Vernon Justice Center Project. The Project generally consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing City Hall for use as the new location of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court, together with associated site redevelopment and related improvements. CMR services will include pre-construction, construction, and close-out services.
