The City of Mount Vernon intends to contract for drinking water planning and design services in connection with improvements at the Mount Vernon Water Treatment Plant. Engineering firms interested in being considered for a contract should provide a statement of qualifications by the deadline. Statements of qualifications are requested from experienced firms to provide Water Treatment Plant Evaluation and Design. The submission must include 1 hard copy and 1 electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked for this project. Submissions must be delivered to the designated city address before the submission deadline. Hand deliveries must be made during the Owner’s operating hours, and respondents are responsible for confirming these hours.
