Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Shelbyville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project consists of the design and complete construction of a new Maintenance / Coroner Building, two stories above grade, located on property south of the Jail Facilities on W. South Street, Shelbyville, Indiana. Work includes a new steel superstructure, concrete floor with metal deck, exterior infill metal stud with aesthetically appropriate exterior, and finished interior metal stud and gypsum board offices for both the coroner facility portion and the maintenance office portion. Proposals will be received for design and general contract work. Respondents must meet qualification criteria, be properly licensed, and able to obtain required insurance and bonds. A 100% Performance Bond for Labor and Material Payment and insurance acceptable to the owner will be required of the successful respondent.
