Reference Number 0000313904 The construction contract administration services assignment is for MTO contract 2025-4049. The purpose of this project is to replace aging infrastructure, improve surface riding quality, improve overall safety, reduce highway maintenance, extend the service life, and Improve drainage. The scope of this project includes thee following: Replacing five locations of 3 Cable Guide Rail with Steel Beam Guide Rail to current MTO Standards Six Culvert Fold and Form Liners Sewer Cleanout and CCTV inspection of storm sewers along Highway 17 within Deep River and Chalk River A 3m fully pave shoulder for a length of 100m on each side of the west entrance to Ottawa Street on the eastbound side of Highway 17 for a total length of 200m The installation of Delineator Posts at the end of each passing lane within project limits The reinstallation of Long-Distance Loops at traffic signals and Traffic Counting Stations Review and mitigation of erosion of granular shoulders along Highway 17 within project limits Sign replacements The service provider will provide an administration office and a full compliment of staff to provide contract administration and inspection services. The project will be administered using the Contract Administration System (CMS). The assignment is planned over 1 year, starting in April 2026 and will extend until November 2026.
