The Board of Education invites bids for the Warwick Valley CSD High School Gym Air Conditioning Upgrade. Bids will be received for HVAC and Electrical contracts. Bidders must observe the owner's sales tax exemption, comply with employment conditions and minimum wage rates, and meet detailed qualification requirements including bonding, insurance, financial statements, bank references, litigation history, surety statement for performance and payment bonds, and descriptions of similar completed projects. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, and the title of the work. Bid security of at least 5% of the base bid is required. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids, and may disqualify bidders for material noncompliance with instructions.
