Site work for a water / sewer project in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes contractor installing and applying polyurea lining to 500 linear feet of manholes and approximately 5 manhole trough reforms throughout the City's sewer collection system. There will not be a scheduled pre-bid meeting for this project. In order to perform public work, the successful Bidder shall, as applicable, hold such Contractor's and Business Licenses as required by Arkansas State statutes and the Rules and Regulations of the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board. The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is in the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not to exceed 90 days from the bid opening date.
