Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform 2026 STREET RECONSTRUCTION, for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 295, Sarpy County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications for said work, and at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications. The work consists essentially of the following estimated quantities: Repair Pavement - Small Area (271 SY), Saw Cut Existing Pavement - Full Depth (640 LF), Remove and Replace PCC Sidewalk (32 SF), Remove and Replace PCC Curb Ramp (32 SF), Remove and Replace Faulty Subgrade (25 TN), Adjust Sprinkler as Needed (1 EA). Proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by E & A Consulting Group, Inc., be accompanied by an original bid bond or certified check for at least $1,410.00, and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "2026 Street Reconstruction" with the bidder's name and address. The bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the Proposal envelope and marked "BID SECURITY" with the project identified. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid in accordance with the plans, specifications, and as provided by law. Plans and specifications must be obtained from E & A Consulting Group, Inc. upon payment of $40.00, which is non-refundable. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
