Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of major quantities including Geotextile Type SAS (46,110 square yards), Base Aggregate Dense 1 1/4-Inch (43,910 tons), Asphaltic Surface (10,671 tons), and Excavation Common (13,931 cubic yards). All bids must be submitted on provided proposal forms (or photocopies) and enclosed in an envelope clearly marked with the project name. Each bidder must include a bid security of 5 percent of their bid, in accordance with the instructions. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, request proof of responsibility and qualifications, and require a letter affirming equal opportunity employment. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety days after the bid opening without OWNER consent.
