Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and decommissioning of a below grade fuel tank, demolition of a backup generator, installation of a new backup generator and subbase fuel tank, and associated electrical work. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the Soos Creek Water & Sewer District for a sum not less than 5 percent of the bid. The Soos Creek Water & Sewer District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding, and select whichever bids they determine to be the best value to the District for the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 60 days after the day of bid opening.
