The contract includes furnishing and installing Crack Seal in accordance with Section 32 01 17 of the 2025 edition of the APWA Manual of Standard Specifications. The contractor is required to use Elastoflex 650 or an equivalent product. All bidding documents must be submitted directly to Bonfire by the specified deadline. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. A 5% bid security is required. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality or technicality in any bid if it is in the best interest of the City. Work of this Construction Contract comprises general construction, and street improvement, work located at multiple streets in South Salt Lake City, end at Point of Curve.
