Renovation of an educational facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and educational facility.
The annual budget for the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) for FY27 is projected at a minimum of eighteen million dollars for the renovation, remodeling, expansion, and improvement of its facilities throughout the district, including the Milwaukee Campus, three regional campuses, and two satellite locations. MATC also implements various repair projects through its operating departments. These efforts are conducted within the context of a Three Year Facilities Plan. The projects are administered by the Facility Planning, Sustainability, & Construction Department in accordance with procurement policies and regulations. State statutes restrict the Wisconsin Technical College System to spend no more than $1.5M per project, generally budgeting around 20 projects per year. An architect/engineer design firm is contracted with each project to prepare drawings and specifications. MATC reserves the right to award this RFP to a single vendor or create a pool of vendors to meet project needs. Selected firms will be required to sign a contract for each award made under secondary RFPs for specific projects.
