Site work, paving and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kelseyville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for paving for a multi-residential development.

The work consists of constructing 12 units (6 duplexes), with four units fronting Third Street and two units accessed from Gaddy Lane via a new driveway. Additional site improvements include sidewalks, parking, a basketball court, walking paths, fences, landscaping, underground utilities, and storm drain facilities. Public improvements required are roadway widening for Third Street and Gaddy Lane, driveway approaches, curb, gutter, sidewalk, utilities, and storm drain facilities. Contractors must possess a California Class A License and be registered with DIR. All contractors and listed subcontractors must meet these requirements. The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
