The work includes approximately 800 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, 800 linear feet of storm sewer (12- to 30-inch diameter) and associated storm structure work, 11,500 square yards of aggregate base installation, 9,500 square yards of asphalt pavement, 12,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 5,000 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 1,000 square feet of concrete driveway approach, 9,000 square yards of topsoil and seeding, and all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, traffic control, and pavement markings. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN.com. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening of bids. The minimum wages to be paid on the project are set according to local wage rates.
