Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of a 67 13.5/18/22.5 MVA substation transformer at 12.47 kV. Bidders are also requested to provide an alternate bid price for the purchase of two transformers. Bids will be received for a single contract on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the issuing office upon payment of a deposit, either $100 for each set or $40 for an electronic version. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office, and neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the issuing office.
