Site work for a mixed-use development in Waupun, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The work consists of the Alley Reconstruction Project for the City of Waupun, Project #00212150. The approximate quantities and scope include 110 LF of sanitary sewer (PVC) along with associated sanitary lateral replacement, 1,000 LF of water main (PVC) with associated water service replacement, 850 LF of storm sewer with associated storm lateral installation, 7,000 SY aggregate base installation, 6,400 SY of asphalt pavement, 1,700 SF of concrete sidewalk, 700 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1,900 SF of concrete driveway areas, 1,000 SF of colored concrete areas, as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, erosion control, traffic control, topsoiling, seeding, and site cleanup. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security made payable to the Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting requirements of the General Conditions. The certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages if the awarded contractor fails to execute the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of the opening. The minimum wages must be paid in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
