New construction of an industrial development in Prosper Township, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.
The project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building designed to accommodate shop space, parts storage, cold storage, offices, breakroom, restroom, and a mezzanine building. The contract scope is construction, and the contract terms are lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). These documents serve as an invitation to bid and request for qualifications from General Contractors for the construction of the project. Bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a bid bond of not less than 10 percent of the bid amount, or a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft for 5% of the bid and any applicable alternates. Checks should be made payable to "City of Mitchell." Complete sets of procurement documents may be obtained from the Owner or viewed at the office of the Architect or specified construction plan rooms.
