Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information" The purpose of this amendment is to cancel this solicitation due to changes in the requirement. No award will be made from this solicitation. The requirement is for the supply and delivery of conductor and wire in specific configurations and continuous-length steel-reel reels. Items include 4/0 ACSR 6/1 Penguin conductor delivered in one continuous 5,000-foot length on a steel reel, 397.5 ACSR 26/7 Ibis conductor delivered in one continuous 5,000-foot length on a steel reel, and 3/8-inch 7-strand galvanized extra high-strength overhead ground wire in one continuous 5,000-foot length on a steel reel. All conductors must meet the specified characteristics, weight requirements, delivery tolerances of +10%/-0%, and have pricing quoted per foot including the cost of the steel reel. The contractor is responsible for providing cut sheets and specifications for all items quoted and for delivering quantities within allowable variation. Excess quantities delivered, if accepted, may be retained and paid for by the Government at the contract unit price. Deliveries must comply with requirements for advance shipping notification, permissible quantity variation, packaging, marking, inspection, and all contract terms incorporated into the solicitation.
