Renovation of an educational facility in Sheridan, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sheridan School District is requesting bid proposals for a Security Camera System for Sheridan Elementary School. The project requires integration and setup with the existing VI-Monitor (i-Pro) environment, supplying 21 outdoor dome cameras (i-Pro WV-S35402 or similar), 5 4K multi sensor outdoor cameras (i-Pro WV-S8573L or similar), and 3 24-port PoE network switches (normally using TP-Link). The scope includes installation of cameras, cable, and switches, with the awarded vendor providing the necessary cable. Training for personnel is required, as well as a description of any included services such as system monitoring or outage reports. Bidders must ensure their bid is received by the deadline. Submissions must not be faxed, oral, or by telephone, and modifications by such means will not be considered. All completed bids should be without erasures or alterations. Bids may be emailed or mailed to the provided contact. Bidders should disclose any known family or business relationships with current employees, other potential bidders, Board of Trustee, or staff members of the District. The Sheridan School District reserves the right to accept or reject any part or all of any proposal, waive informalities, and award the contract in the district's best interest. Submission of a bid does not commit the district to pay any preparation or submission costs.
