Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sheridan, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnish all tools, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct approximately 1,475 linear feet of improvements to Shackleford Road. Improvements include widening the asphalt roadway on the east side, base improvements, demolition and relocation of mailboxes and signs, fence relocation, modifications to concrete and gravel driveways, drainage ditch and piping improvements, erosion control, MUTCD traffic control, and provision of miscellaneous materials, insurance, bonds, etc. for a complete project according to project documents. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Sheridan, Arkansas in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. Arkansas State Contractor Licensing Law applies to this project, and licensure is required before contract signing. Buy America provisions apply. Bids must be submitted according to instructions, including procurement of bidding documents at Sheridan City Hall, and adherence to requirements regarding non-discrimination, wage rates, and relevant federal labor laws.
