Site work for a military facility in Newington, New Hampshire. Working plans call for site work for a military facility.
Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the demolition and replacement of existing ground fuels storage tanks. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, installation of new ground fuels storage and dispensing equipment, and the addition of signage and roadway markings required to meet Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection compliance standards. All work shall be performed as non-personal services under a firm-fixed-price construction contract and completed within the specified performance period. Location: Pease Air National Guard Base, 302 Newmarket Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801. The contract duration will be 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
