The substantial completion date required by the Owner is July 20, 2026. The final completion date required by the Owner is July 31, 2026. Repair or replacement of damaged limestone pieces. Completion of brick tuckpointing and repair of expansion cracks to allow for continued movement by installing sealant. Cleaning of all brick veneer and natural stone on the original 1928 building and the brick veneer and cast stone on the 2000 building addition to remove atmospheric staining and organic growth. Cleaning and painting of all steel lintels. Repair of the damaged cementitious coating at the original 1928 building.
