Renovation of a municipal facility in Greendale, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed project consists of roofing and waterproofing work at the Greendale Community Learning Center (5647 B Street, Greendale, WI 53129), including removal of the existing roof membrane, replacement of insulation and decking as required, and installation of a new Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) roof with a 60 Mil thickness. The project shall be ready for Substantial Completion and Final Completion by the specified dates. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site to be eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name and bidder's address. Estimated quantities on the bid form are provided solely for determining the lowest responsible bidder. Bidding documents will be provided to prime bidders attending the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
