The City of Lakeland Public Works - Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced State Certified Licensed General Contractors (CGC) or Building Contractors (CBC) registered in the State of Florida. The scope includes performing all work outlined in the project specifications and construction documents for the construction of a new SWAT Tower and Situational Training Space at the Lakeland Police Department Training Center. The project involves demolishing the existing SWAT Rappelling Tower and reconstructing a new SWAT Rappelling Tower with an attached building for situational training. The new facility is to be located west of the current SWAT tower site at the Lakeland Police Department Training Center Facility.
