Replace Current Roofing System of a Two-Story House in New Orleans, LA for USCG Located at Heartland District REPFAC 5830 Memphis Street New Orleans, La 70124. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform all work required for the complete upgrade of the Electronic Health Records Management infrastructure in accordance with the construction specifications, drawings, and all contract documents for Project No. 590-22-700 at the VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. Location: Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and personnel to completely remove and dispose of existing roofing system to decking, inspect decking and replace as needed, replace flashing on all valleys, walls, and penetrations, replace boots on plumbing and vent penetrations, and installnew IBHS/FORTIFIED Home Hurricane/High Wind (2025) roofing system compatible with closed cell foam insulation system. Allwork shall follow applicable code and industry standards. No repairs outside ofthe Statement ofWork criteria are authorized without permission from the contracting officer ortheirrepresentative. Install 30-year Architectural Class-3 shingles. Color shall match existing roof; subject to COR approval. Install new decking as needed up to fullreplacement. Install ASTM D4869 Type IV felt. Install Ice/Water shield in valleys. Boot two (2) 2", one (1) 3", and three (3) 3" plumbing penetrations. Install and seal allflashing on dormers and four(4) 12" heat stacks/vents. Spray-foam all ventilation penetrations. Install all hip and ridge caps. Install drip edge and starter course along perimeter. Install leaf guards on guttersystem. Conduct final inspection and submit results to COR via email
