Renovation of an educational facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are being received for the Exterior Door Replacement at the Faust Middle School. All bids must use and complete all bid forms and comply with every requirement contained in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked in a sealed envelope with the name of the project, and delivered to the East Rutherford School District Board of Education. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. All bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, and provide the corresponding certificate. Bids must also include a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate for both the bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders must comply with "The Law Against Discrimination" and Affirmative Action requirements, and may not be on any federal or state list of debarred, suspended, or disqualified bidders. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor informalities if in their best interest. Question Deadline 03/05/2026 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Architect's office. No inquiry received later than 4:30 p.m. ten business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids
