Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to upgrade the existing HVAC control system at the Department's Region 1 Laboratory building, located at 2315 North Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, Washington 99216. This Public Works Project is subject to prevailing wage requirements per RCW 39.12.020.
