King County requests proposals from firms for Heavy Civil GC/CM Services for the Mouth of Duwamish Combined Sewer Overflow (MDCSO) Chelan Wet Weather Storage Project. The contractor may be responsible for multiple early work packages over the life of the GC/CM contract. The heavy GC/CM project includes preconstruction and construction for the MDCSO Chelan Wet Weather Storage Project, including construction of several components. Firms interested in participating must register in the E-Procurement Supplier Portal. Joint ventures must be fully formed at the time of proposal submission, have a joint venture agreement in place, be registered in the State of Washington as required by law, and follow specified requirements regarding team structure, communications, division of responsibilities, dispute resolution, and liability. Each party in a joint venture must be jointly and severally liable for the obligations. LLCs will not be accepted as a joint venture.
