Renovation of a laboratory facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Replacement of two autoclaves (steam sterilizers) for the City of Seattle Water Quality Laboratory. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing autoclaves, all related electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment, and the installation of two new autoclaves, all new required equipment, infrastructure, and the repair, replacement, and refinishing of all surfaces in the entire room of affected spaces. There is a mandatory pre-bid site inspection for this project that bidders must attend. Bidders must understand and demonstrate compliance with Paid Sick and Safe Time requirements.
