Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The Port of Seattle is seeking proposals from experienced firms for Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services for the Tenant Airport Dining and Retail Core and Shell Renovation (TASCR) project. The procurement process includes an evaluation of proposals and a Coefficient Bid Form (coefficient multiplier). Proposers must participate in a two-phase selection process: Phase I involves the evaluation and rating of proposals; Phase II involves the determination of the best value firm based on a composite of bid coefficients. Proposers are required to submit information for both phases by the stated deadlines. Proposals must be sent electronically. The estimated construction spend is not to exceed $4,000,000 per year, excluding sales tax, with an option to extend for two additional years. The WMBE utilization goal for this contract is 18%. Instructions to bidders specify that: - All proposals must be submitted electronically by the specified deadlines to the Director, Central Procurement Office, Port of Seattle, via email. - Late proposals will not be considered. - Proposers are responsible for timely delivery of proposals. - Hard copy proposals will not be accepted. - The Port is not responsible for any costs incurred in response. - Bid opening will occur via public video conferencing. - Additional contract documents are available on the Port's procurement site.
