The Port of Seattle is seeking proposals from experienced firms for Job Order Contracting (JOC) construction services for the Tenant Airport Dining and Retail Core and Shell Renovation (TASCR) project. The procurement process includes an evaluation of proposals and a Coefficient Bid Form (coefficient multiplier). Proposers must participate in a two-phase selection process: Phase I involves the evaluation and rating of proposals; Phase II involves the determination of the best value firm based on a composite of bid coefficients.
