Roof Reconstruction Separate sealed bids are requested for the 2025-2026 capital improvement program specified as Contract No. 5 - Roof Reconstruction. Complete digital sets of contract documents can be obtained online for a nonrefundable fee, while hard copies are available for a deposit, refundable for all but the successful bidder. Bids must be made using the standard proposal form, sealed in an opaque envelope, and clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder, contract name and number, and bid opening date. Each bid must include security of not less than 10% of the base bid and any alternates, in the prescribed form. The lowest responsible bidder will be awarded the contract, or all proposals may be rejected. Bidders may not withdraw their bid until 60 days after opening, except as provided by law or face forfeiture of the bid deposit.
