MAJOR ITEMS OF BID Rail Spur Cross Tie Replacement Supply and Install a Double Switch Point Derail Supply and Install Ballast Walkway Rail Spur Right of Way Brushing Temporary Traffic Control Erosion Control The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Letting is subject to Section 62.15(1) and Section 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The bidder shall provide a list of past completed projects of similar nature and size. We encourage Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), to submit bid proposals. This project is being funded by the City of Ladysmith with local funds. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual day of the opening thereof.
