The Project consists of raising the City's existing 75,000 gallon elevated water storage tank to increase the high-water level by 33 feet and all other items indicated in these Contract Documents. Project No. S-5313 Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements - Division I will be received at Sale City, City Hall. The project consists of raising the City's existing 75,000 gallon elevated water storage tank to increase the high-water level by 33 feet and all other items indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and should be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis, with any alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form. The agreement is for services related to the project and is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements. The project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund loan. The construction contract will be subject to requirements including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements and Davis Bacon & Related Act requirements.
