Bid packages are available for Cedarcrest Middle School, covering the following scopes of work: Masonry, Casework, Siding & Metal Flashing, Roofing, Glass & Glazing, GWB & Framing, Acoustics, Resilient Flooring, Carpet, Wood Flooring, Tile, Paint & Wallcovering, and Landscaping. Each package lists a specific budget amount. Bids must include a bid bond of 5% for bids over $300,000, and all such packages require payment and performance bonds on provided forms. Bid documents can be obtained through Building Connected (Cornerstone General Contractor’s plan room) or via direct email request to the Construction Manager. Bidders must submit sealed bids as indicated in the instructions; bids not compliant with the form or requirements will not be accepted. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged, but not mandatory. All public bidding rules apply. Bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days.
