Site work for an educational facility in Spanaway, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The scope includes work for Cedarcrest Middle School under Bid Set 2, specifically for BP-8.2 (Openings) with a budget of $1,065,000, and BP-10.1 (Specialties) with a budget of $3,525,000. Bidders must provide a bid bond of 5% of the base bid amount for bids over $300,000, and all packages $300,000 or greater require payment and performance bonds as specified. Plans and specifications can be obtained either through Building Connected at Cornerstone General Contractor’s hosted plan room or by direct email request to the Construction Manager. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not mandatory. Bids must be submitted as specified in the instructions to bidders, using the proper bid form, and must meet all requirements. Faxed bids or bids not meeting requirements will not be accepted. All bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days. Cornerstone General Contractors, Inc., is acting as construction manager and all rules for public bidding must be followed.
