The contracts and base bids are as follows: Bid Package #1 - Site and Building Excavation; Bid Package #2 - Concrete; Bid Package #3 - Pre-engineered building; Bid Package #4 - Plumbing, Design Build, including bathroom, sinks, drains, faucets, hose bibs, etc.; Bid Package #5 - HVAC, Design Build, for truck bays, office, exhaust, in-floor heat, and gas piping; Bid Package #6 - Electrical, including building service, outlets, lighting, office, and exterior lighting; Bid Package #7 - Septic System (existing system, new holding tank) - Contract by Owner; Bid Package #8 - Well system (existing) - Contract by Owner.
