Renovation of a municipal facility in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Village of New Glarus is soliciting bids for the New Glarus Public Works Shop (93 1st Street) roof replacement project. The current roof is a steel roof that requires complete replacement due its condition. The scope of this project includes tear off of existing roofing material and installation of a new 29 ga. exposed fastener steel roof and trims on an approximately 5,400 square foot building. Detailed scope is included in the bid package. Sealed bids are requested for the replacement of the steel roof at the Public Works Shop. Additional specifications can be accessed on the Village's website. Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the Village Clerk's Office. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the bid opening.
