Golf Course Improvements 2026 - Pohick Bay Golf Course This project includes the renovations of holes #1, #3, #15, and #17 as described in the supplemental general conditions and the golf course improvements spreadsheet provided. The project includes approx. 25,000 sq ft of turf replacement on Hole #1 & #3 to include cutting, stripping, & disposing of ex turf, quick soil prep, and purchase & install of overseeded Bermuda grass turf. Renovating "Wedge" Green for cupping which will include raising the right side of green, installing 200 LF of 2" pipe, & approx. 12,500 Sod purchase/install (4500 sf green, 8000 sf, surrounds Bermuda). Finally, relocating existing Rip-Rap Stone on Hole #17. The time of receipt shall be determined as the time the bid is received by NOVA Parks. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that their bid and supporting documents are received by NOVA Parks by the submission deadline. Bidders may request written confirmation of receipt of their bid. NOVA Parks is not responsible for delays in the delivery of email, or emails misdirected to incorrect email addresses.
