Site preparation involves removal of the original composite enclosure fence and appurtenances, concrete flatwork and curb removal, asphalt pavement removal, concrete curb and flatwork installation, removal of a decorative block retaining wall feature, and all other associated surface restoration. Work also includes installation of a wall or fence around an existing dumpster storage area, including two electric transformers and a light pole. The fence is to be approximately 25-feet long by 38-feet wide by 6.8-feet high, with one set of double swing gates (20-feet wide total) and two separate single gates (approximately 5-feet wide each). All types of materials and products will be considered, and the award will be based on the type of product or material and the price proposed for installation. The owner reserves the right to award the project on any combination of product and price submitted as part of the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com, and no proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with local wage rates.
