The work consists of reconstruction of four blocks of roadways with cul-de-sac, approximately 1,000 linear feet of roadway, pulverizing 6,200 square yards of pavement, installation of 900 linear feet of small diameter storm sewer and structures, excavation below subgrade, placement of 200 tons of supplemental dense graded base, 1,400 tons of asphalt, erosion control, traffic control, and all other associated surface and turf restoration. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com, and all proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price, in the form of a certified check or electronic bid bond by a qualified surety. Bidders cannot withdraw bids within 60 days after bid opening. Minimum wages must follow the established local wage rate scale.
