Description

Renovation of a stadium in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the turnkey replacement of high school stadium lighting with LED at the five LISD high schools, as part of the 2024 Bond Program. The project involves replacing all existing football stadium lighting with new, LED sports lighting and installing a new control hub in each stadium's control booth. The replacement includes the reuse of existing light poles and infrastructure. The scope covers electrical and communication/fiber installations. Vendors may be awarded by campus, multiple campuses, or all five high schools, as determined to be the best value to LISD. Alternative options may be provided in addition to the requested pricing and specifications. Architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Architect, CMTA, as outlined in the design documents.
